It doesn’t take much to make a perfect roast chicken, but it does require a little technique and a few good seasonings. I’ve tried several methods for cooking whole chickens, including air frying an entire chicken, but this method is truly the best. It results in a juicy and tender bird all over, even the breast meat, which can be tricky to get right!
