One thing about me is that I am a true basic fall girly. I know we still have about a month left until it is officially fall, but I couldn’t help getting into the spirit by making this pumpkin pie chia seed pudding for meal prep. Chia seeds are great for digestion, rich in omega-3s, and perfect for those who want something sweet yet full of protein in the morning. Topped with a little bit of whipped cream, it literally tastes like pumpkin pie.
