One thing about me is that I am kind of a deviled egg snob. I remember the first time I learned how to make them, I seriously made them after school for a week or two straight. Every time I make these for people they get devoured because they really are IMO the best deviled eggs. The bacon/pickled jalapeño combo is a tried and true classic and the garlic chili oil / green onion combination is a fun new take on deviled eggs if you like a little spice in your life. Whichever you make I guarantee they will be a crowd pleaser anywhere you bring them and perfect for Easter!
