chipotle steak bowls
This is my second week in a row making these copycat Chipotle bowls for meal prep, and even though they’re pretty simple and straightforward—I wanted to show you guys how I make mine! The arracherra I use is really the key here. It’s already marinated and tenderized which makes it ideal for meal prepping because everything stays nice and juicy when you reheat it. The last time I went to Chipotle, my bowl alone was almost $20! To be fair, that’s really not outrageous for a fairly healthy meal in 2025, and I’m really not here to shade Chipotle by any means. But I can’t stand when the food tastes different depending on the location or who’s working. Some days the steak is really good and tender, and other days it’s dry, bland, and just not worth the $20. And paying an extra $5 just to get enough meat? Not ideal. But I’ll pause this unintentional Chipotle rant and show you how to make two week’s worth of bowls at home—and no, the double meat is not going to cost you extra. Enjoy!
