One of my all time favorite salads is a steakhouse wedge salad. If you have never had one it’s basically a “wedge” of iceberg, topped with tomatoes, red onions, bacon, blue cheese and balsamic glaze. It’s not very practical to eat but it is so dang good. This salad is very much inspired by those wedge flavors just with some added protein. If you aren’t a huge fan of ground beef, chicken goes well with this too but I much prefer beef to chicken. If you try this one be sure to let me know how it turned out in the comments! :)
